04 Silverado 9145 Fog lights
The 9145 led bulbs fit my 2004 Chevy Silverado like a glove. Probably will work for 1999-2013 models as long as they take a 9145 bulb for the Fog lights only. See image of the difference. The yellow haze from incandescent lights is out. Ive put leds in all my vehicles. I love to be able to see and my entire front end is leds. Would buy again.

Much brighter than my stock 2004 F150 driving bulbs
Perfect color match for my 6k-6.5k LED headlight bulbs from MarsAuto. Probably 3x brighter than my old stock bulbs. Easy to install, and they even included 22mm rubber ring gaskets in case the installed 20mm gaskets don't provide a firm lock into the housing. Unfortunately, even with the 22mm gaskets installed, they mounted a bit loose, with play, whereas the stock bulbs mounted firmly. The good news: there is no noticable light bounce, even on dirt roads, but the loose gasket could result in water entry, especially in fording, so I'm knocking off a rating star.

These are much brighter than my other bulbs. They help me to see the road better at night. Easy to install! Have purchased this brand before and they are good quality.

Bright
I love these lights... they made a huge difference on my f150. Only flaw I could find is the fitment was quite as tight as I would like it to be. But no problems yet and I have been running them for over a year. Sometimes they will flicker when starting up. But that's just the LED's not getting enough amps since the starter is taking so much on startups. Not a deal breaker and definitely worth the purchase!
