Mr. Men Little Miss Advent Calendar: Storybook collection containing 24 brilliantly funny illustrated kids books to count down to Christmas 2025. The perfect gift for kids aged 2, 3, 4, 5 and up

Bought for a 7 years old who heard a story of Mr Men in the Library. He loved this Advent calendar and read a book a day. Then I bought the Mr Men collection and Little Miss collection books. Child became addict to read with them and enjoy reading one hour a day since that when before child didn't like to read. I bought it last year and we used it again this year and we will use it on the next years for brother and sister. Stories are well written in a very good English. Little books perfect for children hands and like that they think they don't read a lot when the truth is that stories are long. Small characters but not a problem for children with a good view. I bought others book advent calendars but this one is my favorite one as you don't need to cut to open the doors. I like that numbers are in the right order too. You can tidy up easily the books in the right pocket and if you take car of the books, you can sell it in the future like new. But in my case I will keep it for children and In the future for grand children. Price is less than 1.- a book. For me, really not expensive because give to a child the love to read is never so expensive. Thank you to the authors and the nice idea to have done an advent calendar with new stories who are not in the full classic collection like it could be with some others advent book calendars...

Great gift for our grandson which can be used year after year.

This advent calendar was my favourite in YEARS, it helped us get into a better reading routine. The books are lovely but the text is small so this might be harder for people who struggle with that. But the presentation is lovely and feels quality. The only gripe I have is that the books are paper backed and not hard backed which I thought I read in the description but I might have read that wrong.

We bought last year the collection Dreams calendar and it s the same format and to this day, the kids still read the little books even if they seem very small. They love learning about the character so this year we tried another one and the quality is really good. They re the same format as the Dreams Calendar (it could seem that the writing is small but for us it’s ok) and the inside is very xmassy. The only thing is the format is not easy to story in the usual book space in their room….but we already had the same problem last year so we re ok with that. So far so good after opening the 1st one

This Mr Men & Little Miss advent calendar is a lovely idea and a great alternative to chocolate. Each little book is fun, well illustrated and perfect for bedtime reading in the run-up to Christmas. The stories are short, funny and easy for children to enjoy. A brilliant festive treat that can be kept and reread long after Christmas.

My Doughter love this calendar!

Great quality and could be used again as the pockets are like little envelopes! Really impressed and would recommend. Only downside is that because the books are small, the writing is quite small so may not be great if your eyesight isn't very good. Otherwise a lovely advent calendar that could be reused year after year.

A good alternative to chocolate calendars, it looks very nice so would be a nice gift but the text in the books is very small so some might struggle to read

My son loved getting this and opening the days to see a small figurine of characters from books he has read.

One of the cutest books so far. It has 24 books init but the size is relatively small . Kids might need help while reading .

It arrived perfectly yesterday. Pleasantly surprised as it was bigger and more solid than imagined, hard cover.( yes the print is small and I’ll need reading glasses but that’s okay ) After reading other reviews I immediately checked for missing/doubled envelopes, but they were all there. However the problem is I had assumed as it was a 2025 calendar that the stories would be new, but they aren’t. There are 24 little books and the fourteen Christmas stories are all from the previous mr men little miss Christmas Collection that my granddaughter already has! So she would be disappointed for 14 days getting repeats and only happily surprised on 10. These ten are from the fairy tales series. I now have the dilemma whether to return which is a shame as it’s really well made or fill the 14 repeat envelopes with chocolate coins or something which rather defeats the object. Update: I kept the calendar as it was so nice and now several days into Advent and the recipient is super happy!! The repeat books is not a problem as she thinks the mini ones are very cute and she can follow the story while someone else reads. A good buy! So glad I kept it:)

Super calendrier de l'avent pour peu qu'on parle anglais. Les livres sont petits en taille mais ce sont bien des histoires complètes qui sont proposées. Très heureux de ce choix

Loads of fun! My kid reads them even to this day.
