Replacement
Hello, I purchased a Vega hair straightener last month. The product is defective — it does not heat evenly and does not iron the hair. The customer care number and email given on the box are not working, so I cannot get any help from the brand. Since the product is faulty and the customer care is invalid, I request a replacement or refund. Please help me with a solution.

Lousy product & service
Very very very bad quality!!! Poor service from the brand! Stopped working out of nowhere in 17 days of the purchase. The customer complaint navigation is also really troublesome and not helpful.. no one from the customer care is also replying properly. I have tried in the WhatsApp chatbot, the official website as well to complain about this, and the customer care email. Lousy and disappointing service from this brand. It is more hyped than the substance. I DO NOT recommend anyone to buy this product.
