Defective Product | Low Quality Sturdiness
I bought 13 soft close channels for my modular kitchen out of which 2 sets turned out to be defective. Also the soft close knob is made up of plastic instead of metal which is again not durable. Please invest wisely in these.

Good 👍 Godrej soft-close channels
Ease of installation, soft-close works well. But I have observed slight hardness during sliding compared to the regular channel of Godrej. It may be smooth after using it for a few days, so I will come back with my review again after daily use.
