Hemlock Park Crackling Wood Wick Candle Handcrafted with Natural Coconut Wax and Essential Oils (Frankincense, Standard 8 oz)

This candle was packaged in a beautiful gift bag and even came with a little travel candle but when I burned it, it had no smell whatsoever. I was disappointed especially since this candle has such good reviews. I returned this back to Amazon for a refund.

Right was filled up to the line and is 8.25oz-Gift box came with a small sample of orange sage in a tin with a cotton wick : Slightly musky citrus.The cucumber matcha, is citrus dominant with a hint of cucumber.The Yuzu Citrus is a blend of citrus as described.The 16oz version is a nice size with a wider wooden wick. (It did not come with a pouch… I don’t mind, just saying)

I bought almost $300. worth of candles for gifts and some for myself in November 2021. To my dismay, the yuzu citrus hardly has any scent to it. Embarrassed because I gifted some. Also kept some for myself. Last week I used the yuzu citrus for the first time and am very disappointed--as if I'm burning a lit match. I do love the Sandalwood scent though.

The candle is really nice ... the scent is really pretty good. But the candle I got, Frankincense has been a real bummer !! The wood wick burns down faster than the wax around it. In a nut shell ... the melted wax drowns out the fire of the wick !!! I've dug out to much all ready of the wax, just so it will burn, and folks, that's NOT a good alternative to get a high $$$ candle, just to do right. So, for what it may or may not tell you, is this: wood wicks are a novelty that don't work all that well. Shame, as I said, the candle is a nice scented buy, EXCEPT it won't stay burning for more than 20/30 minutes. For what it cost, this is a real buzz killer.

This is the tiniest candle I’ve ever seen! The vendor is charging over $20 for this.I think you need to reconsider your prices for something so small. Wow. DisappointedThis should be no more than $15I can buy a way bigger candle than this at any store for better prices. So tempted to return this. What a waste of almost $30Terrible pricing.
