So impressed with what these have done for me !!
Was reccomended B2 at 400mg by my audiovestibular consultant for pppd and vestibular migraines . I was absolutely desperate for some relief and to my surprise and relief they are working . My vision has been better on days than it had been for years and at times I've noticed the tinnitus is barely there and I have days now where I don't feel travel sick ( i usually have a travel sickness feeling even when I'm just sat at home ) .This has meant that recently I've been able to take a short trip thst ive not been able to for years I've not been able to start any meds yet so I'm convinced that it is down to the B2 . Just those things alone so far enhance my quality of life massively . I'm hoping with continued use I continue to see more relief to more synptoms . I'm so impressed by these. Packaged well and arrived next day ,Thankyou .

Definitely has helped - 2 a day (so far) mixed with b12 vitamin & magnesium glycinate for a reduction in migraines 🙌 highly reccomend, easily to swallow (for someone who Hates swallowing pills) & great price. Does turn ur wee bright yellow but dw about that 🙏

Small enough to easily swallow, good value for money, pleasant odour,not been taking long enough to be able to comment on effectiveness, sleep quality yet . However urine does change colour to very yellow however this is normal as it shows the vitamin is being correctly absorbed

Does the job
I take these to help with chronic migraine and they do the job. However even though I liked that the bottle is narrow so it is easy to store. The vitamins are low down in the bottle and there is nothing to stop them moving around. This caused a lot of dust within the bottle. These vitamins are a bright yellow and it isn't great when the yellow dust gets on things. I transferred them to a different bottle which helped. I haven't had this problem with other brands I have tried.

Excellent headache relief
These are not painkillers, but taken alongside ibuprofen (or similar) help aid recovery and seem to avoid rebound headaches. Maybe I should use these as a preventative?
