Doesn’t absorb into the skin and feels like you just dipped your feet in saltwater at the beach and feels like you have dried salty feet in bed ! I thought it would absorb into the skin and leave them dry , however , this feels very uncomfortable to have on your feet when going to bed ! Would not buy again !

Woke up with Charlie horses in my calves. Sprayed and rubbed it on the soles of my feet. Leg cramps gone! Feels a little funny, but nothing that bothers me. I’m recommending to my mother who has really bad RLS.
