Small capsule, easy to swallow no aftertaste or burps get all nutrients, iron skin hair, nails
I bought these vitamins because it was recently recommended by my physician that I taken an iron supplement due to having low iron. I already take enough medication as it is and being on a weight loss medication I also needed a multivitamin to supplement for the loss of appetite so my body is still getting the nutrients that it needs along with having iron in it so I like that it’s an all-in-one capsule. The capsule is small easy to swallow no digestive problems no burps no weird aftertaste no constipation you get all your daily essential nutrients vitamins if you’re on a weight loss journey or not this was made for women having extra ingredients for hair and nails great dose of daily iron great for anybody that’s on a weight loss journey or just needs to supplement their body properly if they have lack of nutrition or loss of appetite great for bariatric surgery needs is what it says on the bottle. I have found this vitamin to be very beneficial to my body. I like that it’s easy to swallow decently priced. You only have to take one a day that was a big plus for me many of these bottles you’re having to take two and three vitamins. It’s hard enough taking a ton of medication a day to have to remember to take three vitamins swallow three vitamins the cost of three vitamins. This is great. It’s one a day easy to swallow, small capsule get all your nutrients vitamins, including iron and ingredients for hair and nails. I highly recommend these vitamins.

Best Bariatric Multivitamin!
I’m in love with this multivitamin! I had the gastric sleeve done almost a year ago and kept struggling to find the perfect vitamin that doesn’t make nauseous and I finally found them! They are normal sized capsules and very easy to swallow. It has every vitamin I need PLUS 45mg of iron so you don’t need to take an additional iron supplement. There’s no weird taste to them which I love. I recommend taking calcium citrate a couple hours after. NEVER mix your multivitamin with it otherwise it won’t work. Oh and the best part is that you only take one a day 😁

Best Bariatric Vitamin
These are the best bariatric vitamins! I found that I had more energy and my hair wasn’t coming out as easily. The biggest thing though… I did not get sick! I teach and I am around all kinds of sickness. The only thing I changed was this vitamin!

Praying these vitamins help.
I’ll go ahead and give these bariatric Vitamins a preliminary review. I took the first one at bed time. I survived and woke up with no rashes as some people have mentioned. So far so good. I had gastric bypass surgery back in 2001. I was 45 and I just met the BMI requirements to have the surgery. I choose a reputable surgeon (which is a really big deal) and I didn’t have any bad post surgery problems. Fast forward to 2019 and I had developed AFIB. A doctor put a Watchman Device in my heart. He unknowingly cut the exterior of my heart with the device and sent me on to recovery where I died. In a procedure to bring me back to life a chest tube was placed through my ribs to drain the blood. The doctor damaged the Intercostal nerves and when I woke up from the procedure my life was forever changed. The pain was excruciating. I stayed on my sofa and heating pad for the first three years and never left my house but for doctor appointments. I still suffer from this pain today. This was the first incident on my journey. Then in September of 2024 I had an ablation done in an attempt to regulate my AFIB. I had a rare catastrophic reaction to it. I have a six week period of my life that I have no memory of. Having said all of this is to explain why my body went through so much stress and it definitely left me weak and in pain. This is when I began having issues with anemia and having low B12 levels. In February of this year I had a pacemaker placed in my heart as my BPM was running in the very low 40’s. They set the device so my heart rate won’t fall below 60. Even with the pacemaker I struggle to walk across my livingroom without getting winded and light headed to the point that if I don’t sit down I will pass out. I just had my appointment with my GP. He told me that I was just going to have to learn to work around the situation I have found myself in because my heart had been damaged by all the heart attacks I had during my coma episode. And he noted that I had been anemic for a few years now. I listened to what he said and came on home. It got me to thinking about what my bloodwork was showing. I don’t know why it didn’t occur to me that my gastric bypass surgery could have something to do with my weakness and inability to walk any distance. So I started doing a little research on what symptoms I was having and the correlation with it and bariatric surgery. The only vitamin I was taking was an over the counter B12 vitamin and I was still getting low levels on my bloodwork. The lightbulb FINALLY came on in my brain as to why I have not been able to get my strength back. With my surgery back in 2001 and all the stuff my heart has put me through since 2019 has put stress on my whole body. And no one has suggested that I should take bariatric specific multivitamins knowing my history of having the weight loss surgery. I started out back in 2019 weighing 195. Today I hover around 105 pounds. The pain I have from the damage to the Intercostal nerves affects my stomach and ability to eat. Soooo….After doing some research it led me to these bariatric specific multivitamins. I am praying that getting the nutrients back into my body will improve my quality of life. I will post updates as time passes to let y’all know if I have any improvement.
