Ease of use, fast and clear

I've been using this computer for a week now, and it's really great - fast, massive amount of storage, good screen. (Though since I switched from a 10+-year laptop that I had plugged into an external monitor, perhaps anything would have been a substantial improvement.) That said, I hate the keyboard that is supplied. Not full sized, keys are terribly responsive. I've ordered a full-sized keyboard to replace it. But since the keyboard is fairly inexpensive, this isn't enough to drop my evaluation down a star.

The computer lived up to all my expectations. Bought a random HP printer / Scanner and it connected perfectly without any problems. Very pleased.

Working on it right now! I love desk top computers - this is my second one. The only reason I had to replace is because the OS on the other one became out of date. (of course it did....so you have to spend more money). This one arrived quickly, and set up easy. I even transferred all my files myself, just using a flash drive. The only complaint I have is that once in a while it goes into a "deep sleep" that it doesn't want to be woken up from, and I'm not sure how to stop that from happening. I have to just continually click all over the screen and hit the enter key about a million times before it wakes up again. That's kind of annoying - if anyone knows a quicker way to wake it up, I'd appreciate it!

Dera Amazon and Affirm, I was led to believe that both companies prioritized customer satisfaction and transparency, but my experience has been the opposite. The lack of clear communication, delays in response, and overall poor service are incredibly frustrating. It feels as though the goal is not to assist customers but to prioritize convenience or profit over fair treatment. As a customer, I expect straightforward, honest, and efficient service. Unfortunately, this experience has been quite the opposite, leaving me feeling cheated and undervalued. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and a resolution provided that ensures I am not left unfairly impacted by the errors or misleading practices I’ve encountered. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me at your earliest convenience to address this issue and provide a solution. Tony

Setup was fast and easy. Love the touch screen. The camera being a pop up is nice. Tilt screen stand makes it easy for different people to use and be able to see content. The color is vivid. Boots up fast and gets to the site or task you want very fast. It does not have a DVD drive, so make sure if you use one to purchase an external cd player/writer.

We purchased this for my mother. The box arrived without a scratch. Everything inside was intact and wrapped well. We set it up and everything works as it should. She's had it for about 3 months now and loves it. We are very satisfied.

You can't go wrong with a dell. I absolutley love my new computer. I am still checking out new features on it but, so far I am total happy with my all in one Intel Core i7 computer.
