This hot tub is well worth every penny! This hot tub was easy to set up. It took about 24 hours to reach the max 104 degrees temperature. The jets "bubbles" surround the perimeter and feel amazing. The cover fits nice and snug to the hot tub. My children and myself get into the hot tub everyday after school or work. It's a great way to unwind from your day. I did have to purchase a chlorine float to put the chlorine tablets in, 1 per week. I highly recommend this hot tub for the purchase and the experience it provides for the whole family.

Easy to assemble, great heating ability, Enjoyable to use.

So far so good..we have had it alittle over 4 days and it took two days warming up to temp so we have enjoyed it for 1 day lol. Easy set up no issues so far we love it!

We were able to use this hot tub a total of three times (same week). The first was a great experience, until the next morning. The temperature had dropped from 104 to 88. No big deal, we thought it might take awhile to heat up, which it did (after 24 hrs or waiting). The second was enjoyable, until the same experience happened. This time it wouldn’t heat back up. We unplugged the unit and tried again. After another 24 hr waiting period of NOT using the unit, the temperature heated back to 104. Since the third use, it’s been 79 degrees and dropping at a rapid rate. We’ve unplugged, taken the filters off and cleaned them, etc. , to no avail. Needless to say, we have another brand on the way and the return processed started for this product. Instructions are extremely limited and not specific to this tub. Hopeful the return process is a better experience than we’ve had with this tub. Good luck!

We had an Intex tube for a decade and it was finally time to replace it. After filling this new tub with air and water the pump stopped working while heating the water. We contacted the seller and was told to buy and replace an electric part ourselves. We returned the tub, if the seller won't fix it from day one what is going to happen in 3 - 5 years when the water pump goes bad; we don't want to wait and find out.I strongly recommend picking another tub. We are as soon as we get our refund.
