Easy to use and feel comfortable. this heated mask helps alleviate the symptoms of my dry eyes.I used it twice each day, it worked as advertised, love it so much!!!

First impression was that the product seemed ok. After a week usage the gel pack started leaking. In my opinion mask is not warm enough without gel pack.

Don't waste money on this

I like this eye massager to help my tired eyes after all day working with the computer. I like this one because it is light weight, not bulky like those eye massager. This is more like a sleeping mask with heat, but the heat can be adjustable. The temperature gradually increases as adjusted so there is no discomfort of getting too hot on the eyes. I like to wear this before bed to relax my eyes. It also helps my dry eyes because I don't feel my eyes are too dry like before. The think is because it is very light weight, I can bring it with me on the business trip. The minor draw back is that it can only connect to USB source, so sometimes you have to find the adapter for it.

All the functions of this eye mask work well. The only issue I had with this that it has a USB cord that needs to be attached to a power source. I found it hard to use compared to the rechargeable masks since its not easy to turn or move around in bed with the mask. The mask itself is very nice quality and comfortable to use. I would definitely use this mask in a pinch if my other one is not available, since it does give out a nice heat and can last a while.

I need a really dark room for sleep, so I've tried a lot of eye masks. I would never, ever go to sleep with it plugged in, but it heats up nicely within five minutes or so. I warm it while keeping an eye on it, unplug, and then wear it for migraine relief.

While the heating element worked well, I could not get the mask to fit closely enough to block out the light. I would rather have had no heat, but complete darkness.

This eye mask works well, the heat function works as expected and feel quite comfortable when resting on my eyes. The oversize mask is good as it covers up the entire surface area blocking out all lights.However, maybe due to my sensitivity to smell, it does smell a chemical like and may need to wipe it down for a few times to lower the smell intensity. As for the strap, if you are a big head person then the strap may be a bit on the small side, i am fine using it though.
