I’m usually an xl but I bought the medium cause I lost some pregnancy weight. I love how it makes you sweat and how there’s also a zipper to make it tighter. Totally worth it.

This waist trainer is great. It definitely makes you sweat and fits tight. It takes a few tries on to stretch a bit, just make sure to get the right size (probably one size up). All-in-all a great "sauna" waist trainer.

I wasn't sure if I should get the medium or large. Although it had the measurements listed to go by, I was still unsure because of previous experiences with waiat trainers from other vendors. I decided to go with the medium since my measurements fell within that range. I was so happy that it fit! I love that it zips after hooking and there's a hook at the top to hold the zipper on place. I worked out with it on today and it stayed in place the entire time! It seems very sturdy and well made. I'm 5'1" and weight 134lbs, for reference.
