Great service and quality product
I don’t usually write reviews and want to mention this is an honest review based on my experience. My fridge broke down and needed a replacement soon as possible. I messaged the seller directly with concerns of the time frame of shipping and explained my situation. The seller was very accommodating and helpful. The fridge was shipped to my store in less than two days. I messaged the seller back to thank him for his effort and service. What I really want to mention is the quality of the product. I purchased a 3 door refrigerator. It’s very well built with high quality materials. I’ve purchased over hundreds of commercial refrigerators the past 20yrs from all Manufactures. I was skeptical and never ordered anything so big through Amazon. I was surprised at how smooth it went. The quality and craftsmanship of this fridge is equal to the best fridge I’ve purchased in the pass. The ones I’m talking about are double the price.

Reliable
Had issues with this unit after running for 3 months had a motor go bad took almost a month to get warranty service done by there service company i had to order the replacement motor then once it got replaced i had to pay for the warranty repair work and turn it into ice casa for reimbursement it took a few months to get paid for there warranty work. Then a month later the other motor went bad it was sent to us and replaced it's been working good since then.
