I love these chairs! They are so cute and much cheaper than other places I looked (e.g. Wayfair and Overstock). They seem to be good quality, but only time will tell for sure. They are actually very comfortable because the back curves outward slightly and the seat has a bit of padding underneath the rattan. I was glad to see there is wood under the rattan to reinforce it. Although they are solid wood, they aren't very heavy and I'm pretty sure I'll have to find something for the legs so they don't slide around. To be honest, I don't know how much weight I would trust them to hold just because the design itself is intended to be delicate I think. But they are definitely functional for the average person and they look great! They arrived fully assembled and very well packaged, so there was no damage. Each chair came packaged in a separate box.

Nice chair. The only issue I have is that multiple chairs came with paint either chipped or missed areas in the painting process. I exchanged two (separate exchange orders) and I received the same damaged chair that I had returned earlier. I’ve had to return these to UPS multiple times. I just would like some touch up paint and I’d be happy.

Beautiful High quality Chair but top edge was damaged in shipping. Was in a rush and had no time to report so I just kept the chair tried to touch it up myself as I was using the chair in a music video that had a deadline to complete. But the chair is a beautiful build. For the shipping damage The top round edged rubbed repeatedly in shipping and it wore off the surface varnish. Needs more protection there in the packing. I gave 4 stars to be generous- as it is a beautiful chair, but the shipping damage issue prevented the 5 our of 5 review.

The chairs are beautiful..outstanding quality. Purchased 4 chairs in natural tone..true to color. I maybe should have purchased the gray tone as my table base is a driftwood tone mix of colors ..but was worried the gray might be too solid painted looking based on pic another customer had posted. These are beautiful nonetheless. They match nicely. Delivered fully assembled and packed to perfection each in it's own box. Shipped from California to Florida in a very reasonable amount of time. Chairs are extremely sturdy and wood is beautiful..not the least bit flimsy. Can easily seat a large person comfortably. Overall couldn't be happier with this purchase. Highly recommend this company a pleasure to do business with.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I got 2 of these chairs - great price and the styling is perfect - pretty comfortable too! they were just what I was looking for. UPDATE: BEWARE of 2 issues -BE SURE YOU WANT THE COLOR YOU ORDER, BECAUSE IT WILL COST MORE TO RETURN AND YOU WILL LOSE MONEY 1) I ordered 2 additional chairs, same company, same color. The picture clearly shows that the finish is NOT the same. 2) 2nd issue was with Amazon, not necessarily with the 3rd party Seller. BUT PLEASE AWARE THAT IF YOU NEED TO RETURN the chairs, YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING, even if the chairs are defective due to color inconsistancies. I paid $210 for the chairs - return shipping cost me $240!!! I was told by Amazon's C/S that I could file a claim with A to Z Claim Guarantee to recoup the cost of the return shipping. After submitting deailed documentiation to this Amazon dept, my claim was denied. There is NO WAY to speak to anyone - all of this is done through messages. It appears that no one actually reviews the information you send - they just stick to their script. This was an expensive lesson learned.

Arrived fully assembled. Took 4 separate shipments for all the chairs to be delivered, boxes were damaged but chairs were in great condition. They look fabulous and are very sturdy. I found it hard to chose the correct color as the website didn't have the colors marked to each photo and I may have chosen a different color if it had been clearer. But I did get what I ordered at a fabulous price in a reasonable timeframe. I highly recommend this product at the right price.
