I have fallen in love with madecassoside for my skin health. Instead of using harsh BHA's whenever I see a breakout coming, this product has offered a more soothing alternative that also starts working on any scars or redness. I love the material of the pads. I think it's gauze, but it applies so well on the skin and doesn't slip. I like to use these as a sheet mask on target areas, and then I swipe the remaining product on the rest of my face. These pads are hydrating, brightening, soothing, and have a subtle clean smell (can't really describe it, but it smells fresh and even a little herbal). Repeat customer here, this is a great product if you have troubled/textured skin. I also think it's perfect for either dry or oily skin. I have normal skin, and use these all the time and honestly prefer them to my more "exfoliating" or "peeling" toner pads. Tbh, I think that hydrating your way out of a moment of skincare troubles is better than dousing your skin with actives.

Purchased four times - great quality each time. Soft on skin, can use as a patch as well. I have sensitive skin and it doesn't irritate me. I use with the Anua heart leaf cleanser and the Ordinary niacinamide 10% and zinc 1%, and it dries up my acne overnight. I use as my night routine every night without moisturizer since I don't require it. Will continue to buy, love the formula!

these are the best toner pads!! but the madecassoside and almost every other formula’s refills have been out of stock for so long… i feel too wasteful to buy another regular one with the plastic container :( please pleaseeeee restock im begging 🙏

I will be buried with this product. I have been using MediHeal for years and these toner pads have become a quick favorite. Although bulky & sometimes leaky (which I why I took 1 star away) they work SO WELL!!! Because it’s a toner pad, it gives you the slightest exfoliation to help rejuvenate your skin without destroying the skin barrier. The toner serum itself is wonderful. Very soothing and cooling. I also have not noticed a strong scent either. The pads themselves are very durable and can go a long way (I use ONE pad for my entire face, down the front of my neck, behind my ears and on the nape of my neck). BONUS: if you use the pink ones, you can sometimes find them at Costco!

I rarely ever say a product changed my life but this product did! This is 1/2 products I will never be able to live without!! I spent ages 12-19 with blistering cystic painful and stubborn acne that wouldn’t go away no matter what, until I started using this product!! It doesn’t burn my sensitive skin like other toners, doesn’t contain alcohol that dries me out like other toners and always has a little extra toner left over when you finish the pads. The best part is, the tub of toner pads is refillable!! Take out the inner packaging and replace it with a new set of toners!! They also have recommendations on their website about which toner Patas to mix and match!! 1000/10 recommend worth the $$

When I ordered skincare from Amazon, I wasn’t sure if I’d receive a genuine product, but this has given me great results! I’ll definitely be repurchasing it.

came with the refill container instead of the actual box container. i thought it was a new one but i guess i ordered the refill version?

Didn’t come with the actual package just the refill. Maybe title the product refill only? Misleading. They are going to dry out. What a waste

These toner pads are AMAZING! Would definitely recommend! One thing to note is that this is a refill pack, you will need to already own the plastic box so the pads don’t dry out.
