This stuff is so delicious! I could almost eat the whole package at one sitting, but I have to pace myself. If you like cured sausage then this is for you. Highly recommended and I buy it often. Just a delicious meal with some manchego cheese and black olives and saltines. Gave it as gifts for Christmas this last year and they all loved it.

It is very tasty, but very salty. I put a lot of butter on a piece of bread to eat it, then I thoroughly enjoy it. It is somewhat expensive but it is to be expected for all the imported foods are.

First, I’m always in the hunt for a nice hard salami with a good flavor. I’ve bought other brands but the consistency from package to package was extremely inconsistent. I bought two of these and they were great, so I bought 4 more which I received today. One of them was so rancid I had to wrap it in plastic before I even threw it away. I was looking for a way to contact the seller in hopes of receiving a replacement or money back. I mean this stuff isn’t cheap. That’s why I’m leaving this review, I couldn’t find a “contact seller” link and I’m not going to ship rancid opened salami back. The expiration date is also dangerously close, like a week out, on the 4 I received. I included a picture in which you can see the black and green covering the casing.

It’s been a long time since I bought salami that was sealed in paper, and I mean the salami itself, like my grandfather used to make and you have to peel off before slicing or eating, however you choose. It was very tasty although I felt it had a bit too much fat around the stick itself. And it’s much smaller than I expected so I was kinda disappointed. But the taste was there, it was ok, but I don’t think I’ll buy it again. I found it’s not worth the cost.

The only dry meat product from Amazon that I really liked. Really good.

Got it spoiled, can't return, can't get my money back. Awful! Update: Immediately after the complaint, I was contacted by a representative of the company and asked for my address. Instead of the spoiled sopressata, they sent 4 others, a cutting board, and a bag. Service level 5 out of 5, the sopressata was excellent. I am very satisfied, thank you!
