Huge fan here! The motor is not too loud for those young ones the vibrations are almost non existent! I use these for a few kids that are on the spectrum and give’s me an upper hand! It makes process a little smoother! As for one year olds a trick of the trade is to start cutting their hair right before nap time hence the vibration and sound comment!
