These blending stumps are great - they are inexpensive and you get a lot in the package. There’s a good variety of sizes and some are double sided.

The material is great for blending charcoal and charcoal/graphite combo. These seem to hold up well. The varied sizes ensure that you are covered from large background blending through to fine detail. Sharpening pad works well and there are plenty of sheets. Fine sandpaper or emery cloth works too.
