Would I be able to stick these to a laptop

I'm afraid static cling doesn't have any adhesive, so they won't stay on a laptop. However, we are working on a new pack of laptop stickers that include these butterflies so keep an eye for them to be available. Best wishes, Stickers4

How do I order a set of smaller ones?

Thank you for your question. These are currently the smallest ones we do in this style. We have some slightly smaller ones but they are different colours - you can find them here https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00U1EKFB4 . I hope this helps. Kind regards.. Stickers4

Can you stick them on to tiles?

Yes, they will cling to smooth, non-porous tiles. Avoid using in areas where water will be hitting the tiles (eg in showers). Please make sure you follow the instructions enclosed with the order. Stickers4

Can they be applied to exterior of windows?

Only if you want the picture to be visible on the inside. The shiny side which clings to the glass, is the decorated side. I’m not sure how long they would stay stuck if applied externally because weather would probably break the seal over time. But they are inexpensive so you might be happy to replace regularly.
