I wore these for a 12 hour shift and they are the best insoles I’ve ever had. Instead of getting home and feeling unable to walk because my boots were so uncomfortable, I got home and genuinely felt fine. These fit in my work boots nicely, after I’ve tried SO many others that were all just as uncomfortable as one another. I genuinely could not recommend these enough if you’ve got uncomfortable work boots. The quality seems good, like they’ll last. I’d argue that these would be worth the purchase even if they only lasted a month because they’re that comfortable. They have extra padding on the toes, the ball of your foot and also along the side, which is extremely good for poorly designed work boots. It genuinely felt like I was wearing a pair of trainers at work. I walk an average of 20,000 steps at work so an absolute game changer. If you have horrible work boots and your feet hurt at the end of the day, take my word for it and just buy these over any other branded ones because I’ve tried them all and these are hands down the best ones!

These insoles have been a great upgrade for my Adidas Superstars. They’re really comfortable underfoot and give much better arch support than the standard insoles that came with my shoes. I noticed the difference straight away, especially after spending long hours on my feet. They’re well cushioned without feeling too soft, and they help absorb a lot of the impact when walking. I also like that they’re breathable, so my feet stay comfortable throughout the day. They fit very well, didn’t need trimming to size or shape. For the price, they’re excellent value and have made my shoes much more comfortable to wear. I’d definitely buy another pair. Bear in mind that they are quite thick

Excellent arch support and quality. I bought these for a three city break holiday when I knew I had to do a lot of walking . Before going I had a problem with plantar fascitis and was in a lot of discomfort so needed something to get me through and support my foot . These insoles were amazing, so comfortable and supportive. Most days we walked well over 10 miles so they really were tested! My only advice though is to see if you can remove the existing insole from the shoes you want to put them in as they are bulky to add on top.

These are, by far, the best insoles that I have ever tried / owned!! I can honestly say that they are absolutely perfect! I have really bad arthritis (from 9 years old - I am 28 now) and I have used a plethora of different designs, orthopaedic variants, a range of materials, many types that have not provided 100% satisfaction, relief, comfortability, support etc.. until I finally decided to try these 'cheaper' "memory foam" insoles... What a PLEASANT surprise!.. I genuinely love these! They completely remove the discomfort & impact of walking with arthritis that is sometimes unbearable and these insoles feel of such a durable, high-quality, for such a simple, inexpensive product, I am actually shocked at how good they are compared to the ridiculously expensive medical-grade insoles I have used in the past!.. I feel much more confident in my stride when using these as literally every step could be the beginning of a month-long recovery phase from a normal step that could randomly cause extreme joint pain & discomfort in my toes, ankles, feet where I can then not be able to walk on for extended periods of time without keeling over in agony - I can actually walk my normal, fast pace without the risk of jeopardising my welfare or triggering a terrible domino-effect of arthritic ailments... They are so easy to install, plus they do not slide around or curl at the ends or sides (like most other insoles); they are thick and cushiony but not too thick (I always have to purchase shoes sized half a size bigger to accommodate the swelling I normally get from my joints and with these in, they make the shoe fit perfectly at all times!) - I have genuinely NOT had a bad / large swelling of my feet joints since using these, for over a month + they have NOT warped, torn, folded, shrunk, curled, flattened or broken in any way thus far and do not show any signs whatsoever of doing so any time soon! (which is more than I can say of a lot of the medical-grade variants that I have used which have not lasted long - sometimes after 1 use - before they decide to warp, fold, tear / come apart & all the while they are usually always sliding up, down, left and right all the time - these ones do not do that, I seriously wish I found these ones YEARS ago!) It feels highly satisfying the moment you see them as you are placing your foot in your shoe because they look premium and you know that they are going to feel so great on your feet when you put weight on them - they feel seriously high-quality, robust and do look rather sleek (they are not noticeable as the top layer is a standard insole colour that you find in most footwear but also has a good, high-quality premium look to them and the anticipation of the satisfying feeling you get when you place your feet into your footwear is worth mentioning as it is exceptionally pleasant!! I am yet to find a negative aspect / flaw in regards to it's functionality or design - I have not needed to wash them as of yet but usually tend to do so on the 3rd-6th month of use or if required sooner! But they have NOT yet displayed any signs of undesirable filth nor do they harbour or emit any foul odours - although they had a bizarre smell initially, when opening the packaging (as some products do - factory / production-related aromas), this was easily removed via ventilating the product in front of a floor fan and left out of the packaging for a night to release any remaining factory smells that may linger; with great success! I am really happy with this product, I love how great they feel, how easy to remove & insert into any footwear, the ability to be able to wash them easily, the way they mould perfectly around your feet & toes to provide tailored support while remaining a durable, robust product which has viable memory-foam capabilities; I enjoy anticipating the satisfying sensation when you are about to put you feet on them, knowing what they are about to feel like, knowing they function as intended & provide such a high-level of relief and is a premium-quality, inexpensive product that does exactly what it is meant to do - without sliding around in your shoe or becoming warped or damaged almost instantly; it is, in my opinion, one of the most sufficient, PERFECT, comfortable & viable insoles that can be use daily, do not need to be 'broken-in' - they work straight out of the box, no cutting, not shaping, not adhesive or attaching, just a high-quality, cheap product that is good for pain relief of arthritic joints + swelling in the feet & toes that cause great discomfort & pain, is able to keep your feet WARM & COSY, especially when you do not want cold, stiff, swollen joints!.. Perfect all-rounder; I give it a solid 9.8/10* thus far!! I highly recommend this product, 100%!!! (I got the white, thick memory foam ones in size 9.5 - I am size 9 (UK) 10 (US), but have really wide, flat feet; American-made shoes in size 9 (UK) 10 (US) fit me perfectly, if they are UK-made, I would usually have to buy a size 10 (UK) 11 (US) because UK-made shoes tend to be too narrow / arched + bent shaped (feet) style shoes, so I have to wear boots, basketball shoes, high-tops... so when I buy shoes, I will mostly buy size 9.5 (UK) to accommodate either the insoles or my wide, flat feet... Basically, these are absolutely perfect for my wide, flat, arthritic feet... and my slightly bigger shoes to accommodate my foot width... ***(UPDATE)*** I still use these as permanent installations in a pair of hi-top trainers, as I can only wear hi-tops or boots, because of my Polyarthritis, and have one specific pair that are larger than my actual size, to accommodate any severe (flare-ups) swelling and inflammation - that is a result of the symmetric arthritis... I am still very happy with the product and have adored them ever since I first got them! They really do prevent a lot of the injuries I used to acquire from normal, everyday walking/movement and also completely eliminate the possibility of receiving those 'folds' that cause agonising wounds (especially on the balls of the feet, on the pad of the foot, just before the toes!) and serious blisters, sores, numbness, tingling & other various cuts and sores that I would always have. I really like the texture of the insoles - they have those little 'bumps' in strategic placements, on the top of the insoles, where you place your feet (black side), that are reminiscent of acupressure and also 'fill-out' the gaps/places where the 'folds' usually occur. They are incredibly durable and withstand a serious amount of pressure, without becoming obsolete, which is brilliant! The expensive insoles, including the 'gel' variants, never performed as well as these do! *(Just a note - I have large, flat, wide feet). ***

Originally I thought these were great. I even purchased another pair. They are very comfortable. Help with pain. But they really make your feet sweat. I never have sweaty or smelly feet but my socks are damp and smelly after wearing these insoles especially on hot days.

These are a cracking pair of insoles, having used various types over the last few years, these are the best I have come across. They come in your size, so no need to cut to you size, Comfortable Easy to use I have a couple of pairs of boots that are quite thin soled, and would hurt my soles after a couple of hours, with these insoles no problem. I liked them so much I brought 3 pairs in total, 2 more after trying them, A good price to boot! Recommended

These are the most comfortable memory foam insoles that I have ever used. There was no need to cut them as the size was a perfect fit for my shoes. I wore them on particularly cold day and found they kept my feet warm. My usual aching feet was relieved by good arch and heel support. My only issue was the thickness of the insoles. I was only able to wear them in one pair of deep-set shoes. They made my standard fitting footwear feel too tight, and I could not see how it would be possible to reduce the height of the insoles without damaging them. Nevertheless, my overall experience with this product is positive and I can recommend it.

I bought these for my work shoes, I work in a warehouse and I’m standing and walking all day on a concrete floor. These insoles help my feet so much, perfect thickness and very soft. No more aching feet and legs after a workday. Highly recommended! 👍🏼
