Good product for keeping cats off plants

Since clearing some overgrown shrubs from our front garden and putting down bark, the garden has become a magnet for local cats - to use as a toilet!. My husband was clearing cat mess every day. We started with a solar powered repeller which worked for a while but there was not enough sunlight in this part of garden to recharge it so it just stopped working. I then bought these scare cats, These have helped in that there is definitely less mess than before but there is still some mess so they are not 100% effective. I have now ordered a battery powered ultrasonic repeller which doesn't depend on sunlight to recharge it so hopefully this will work. There is obviously no one single answer to the problem of cats - it is necessary to try different products and possibly use a combination of products to solve the problem

Every time i walk into the garden i think there's a cat on my fence, and one in my flower bed. I have one problem, and that is that it could do with being a bit bigger. Cats are territorial, and seeing a bigger cat would be a bit more intimidating. Having said that as yet i haven't seen a cat climbing the fence where i have put one of these yet. Yesterday i watched from my bedroom window a local cat go up to one of these that i bought; sniff it, and then just walk right past it. 2 months on, and not bothering the cats at all. So far this week they have had a dump 3 times within 2 feet of where these are. When I see a cat on my driveway as I enter my garden; it runs away from me towards my back garden straight past these, and over the fence.

Wonderful addition to the garden and along with the owl sensor I also bought so far has been really helpful in keeping the neighbourhood cats out of my garden and using it as their personal toilet! I have plotted these strategically in front of the area the cats were using, and with the sensor at the other end of the garden all.fromts are covered. I saw a cat trying to find a new way into my garden but as soon as he locked eyes with this little metal fella he quickly left. Hopefully I don't need to buy anymore, but I recommend if you have an issue with random cats pooping or just entering your garden definywly try this above any powders or repellent sprays.

We literally cannot believe how well these actually work. We have had trouble for a number of years now with a cat constantly fouling our lawn almost every day. We have tried everything to stop this and spent so much money trying to stop this happening - it’s such a horrible situation to have to keep moving someone else’s pets mess, especially not having pets ourself. We have previously tried pellets, water bottles, pepper, orange peel, cayenne etc.....endless list. We tried these cat silhouettes in the hope that they may help - we tried everything else so why not? CANNOT BELIEVE THEY WORK SO WELL!!!!! it has been 6 weeks since we started using them & we have not had 1 further instance of fouling!!! So pleased with this product - if you have the same problem this will definitely help. I have also recommended to 2 friends who have also had great success.

First impression is that the cats are very realistic looking from a distance. I originally bought them to scare off birds particularly pigeons who are in the habit of leaving their droppings on the garden furniture. Unfortunately after three days all types of birds completely ignored them and it was business as usual if you see what I mean. Neighbourhood cats also took no notice after a few days and wandered through the garden at all hours much as usual. I was forced to the conclusion that these thin metal cats are completely useless in all respects and a waste of money. Also the metal spike with which they are now fitted is so thin that unless you make a hole in the ground first to push it in to it can easily bend double instead of piercing the ground. I would have given one star but the second star is because they are decorative at least, if unfortunately, totally useless for the purpose they were intended for. For people who want to deter cats, yes they are a nuisance sometimes but don't forget if you didn't get visits from cats you would get visits from rats as I know from experience. I would definitely rather have the cats.

I love the eyes on these cats and after all this time they are still in my garden beds, but unfortunately did not scare the real cats away

Produit conforme, en métal fin, avec une finition de bonne qualité. Possède une certaine efficacité sur la plupart des chats ( ne marche pas sur les oiseaux) et les déplacer régulièrement.

Los puse y vaya, mis gatos y los de fuera al verlo se quedan un tanto petrificados, se acercan sigilosamente a ver que es eso y esto puede durar desde unas horas hasta 1 día o dos para terminar pasando olimpicamente de las pancartas de gatos, ya que compré 2. En definitiva puede ayudar pero echar no. Quizás en lugares más de ciudad o alrededores puede funcionar mejor, ya que mi sitio es el monte puro y duro y aquí puedes encontrarte de todo y están un poco más espabilados.
