Love love love that this mount is super slim! My issue is that this mount was tiling down instead of staying upright. Called the customer service number and the lady quickly offered to ship me some additional hardware that would address the issue. She explained that since my TV is 75" and the 4 mounting holes are near the bottom of the TV it was causing a tilting issue due to the uneven weight distribution. The additional tilting hardware arrived quickly and the instructions that were included made the installation quick and easy. Kudos to this company for efficient customer service and having additional parts to fix issues when they come up.

The mount feels secure against the wall, but the extension arms tilt down slightly. I had to tilt the tv up to compensate for gravity. Be careful with the drill hole. The instructions asked for a drill bit wider than the wood screw provided. I had to use a bit two sizes smaller to make sure the screw threads had something to grab on to. Other than that, installation with simple. Not 5 star because of the tilt and incorrect instructions. It’s still impressive that such a flat low profile mount can hold an 85” tv. A sold 4 stars.

I purchased this TV mount hoping for a reliable and sturdy solution to display my TV, but it has been nothing short of a disappointment. The main issue is that it constantly tilts, even when I don’t want it to. Every time I adjust the TV to the desired angle, it eventually drifts back down, which is incredibly frustrating, especially during movies or sports games when I want a stable viewing experience. I have tightened all the screws and followed the installation instructions meticulously, yet the problem persists. The design seems fundamentally flawed, as it cannot support the weight of my TV without sagging. I expected better quality for the price I paid. If you’re looking for a TV mount that stays put, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This product has been a waste of time and money, and I wish I had chosen a different option. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this product if you want a reliable and stable TV mount.

Fantastic mount with extension options for harder to find studs. Once mounted, extremely easy to place the unit, it does telescope in and out, but it is fantastic in keeping the TV close to the wall. Flat, TV only sticks off wall 3.25". Like a good flush mount that can be pulled off the wall. I was hoping with a small amount of tilt (13°) I could keep it flush with the cased opening. It worked extremely well! One thing to note, try adjusting tilt before mounting. Sturdy great adjustability for a 65" tv, probably wouldn't go much larger, but it's sturdier than it would seem. (Maxed out bracket on Hisense 65" u8)

This tv mount is flimsy. Even if you tighter everything as tight as possible it still moves and bends every single way. It’s rated for up to 90 inch tvs. I put a 77 inch on it and the weight of this 70 pound tv makes it to where I can’t even keep it flat on the wall it tilts down. But hey it’s on the wall now so atleast it does something just dnt ever knock into it

We have 3 of these so far and they are the best we've found. Easy to put together and install any tv and we love that the tv can go pretty much flat against the wall or we can move it around. I wish it was a little easier to move but it's so sturdy that it makes up for it.

Very strong. Made with impressively heavy-gauge steel parts. It indeed allows TV to be very close to the wall when mount is not extended. I have a situation with irregular stud spacing (i.e., 17.25"), and the extendable mounting plate system easily accommodates that.
