Best Lozenges
This is the best lozenges from my perspective. I find it to be very effective especially when you start feeling the symptoms. It minimizes the length of time to heal. It definitely soothes your throat when irritated due to cold symptoms. When I share this to my friends, they start switching to this product as it really helps and works.

Worked Well & Soothed My Throat
I normally get the vapor cherry Sucrets, but decided this time to try the honey lemon lozenges. They had a bit of a sweeter citrus flavor, but the medicinal taste of normal Sucrets. They weren't biting and tasted similar to candy while also soothing my sore throat. While they don't numb as much as the vapor orange, they were still a nice treat to help soothe an aching throat and clear your sinuses.

Gold star 🌟
I can’t say enough good things about Sucrets Cherry Cough Drops! These little lifesavers are hands-down the most effective cough drops I’ve ever used. From the very first one, I noticed immediate relief from throat irritation and coughing—like a soothing blanket for your throat. The cherry flavor is surprisingly delicious too—none of that overly medicinal aftertaste you get with other brands. Instead, it’s smooth, sweet, and actually enjoyable to suck on. What sets Sucrets apart is how long-lasting and powerful they are. The numbing effect kicks in fast and provides real, lasting comfort, making it easier to talk, sleep, or just get through your day without constant coughing. It’s clear they’re formulated to do more than just coat your throat—they really work. If you’re looking for a cough drop that delivers on both taste and performance, Sucrets Cherry is the gold standard. A must-have in every medicine cabinet!

Medium and below pain relief. Pack of Two instead of Three as advertised
Works pretty good for a medium sore throat and below. It uses Dyclonine for anesthesia instead of benzocaine which is easier on the mouth. The reason for the -1 star is due to false advertising. You only get a 2 pack when is explicitly states "pack of 3".

These actually cut the cough. Numbs the throught and coughing stops. They come in a retro looking tin can compartment. Get 18 per tin.
