Excellent but watch what size you buy.
Tested recently in the ice and snow - excellent substantial padding and they look like a good summer reflector too. Good purchase. Only thing to be careful of: The size I bought only just fits into the Picasso doors to anchor it in both sides, other designs have a bar each end to prevent the lugs being pulled out of closed and locked doors.
