Instructions a bit lacking, but quality toy.
My niece loves this, you do have to plug it in to enable the bluetooth paring mode, kind of tricky.

Hours of riding
Absolutely love this bike. It was easy to put together and for my 2 year old to control. He loves the exhaust smoke. We always have to have water in it. You can't really see the lights on the engine during the day but he doesn't notice. The bluetooth range for music is pretty good. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an electric bike.

Great bike for kids.
Bought it for my 10 years old son. And he loves it. It's well made and very nice looking bike. It has great battery life, fun and comfortable to ride, easy to handing, can go pretty fast but not too fast. Worth for your money.

BAD BUSINESS + POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bought 3 motorcycles for Christmas, 1 which has nonstop issues from the start (ex not turning on, charging, making it completely useless which is very upsetting for a child on Christmas morning while their siblings work just fine). Purchased on Black Friday but built it Christmas Eve, issues started Christmas morning. Customer service refused replacement as it had been 10 days after delivery. 10 days?! Wth. Have contacted customer service numerous times since. Refused a returned, tried to make me pay for shipping of replacement parts, very unhelpful that ultimately want ME to fix it with no installation instructions, nothing has worked. STILL NO RESOLUTION. They refuse to take accountability for their faulty unit. Customer service has been a joke. I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. They got their money and now I’ve been stuck with something that doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money on bad business. I even asked to send the product back and have them attempt to fix it and they refused. Save yourself the hassle.

Fell apart after four months
The bike fell apart after 4 months. DO NOT recommend. Company drags out communication until the year warranty expires
