Don't let your wine (or olive oil or homemade sauce) go naked! Here's a perfect way to identify the gift you brought so it doesn't end up anonymously on the party table. After all, you took the time to choose or make it specially. Even better, it comes with a magnet on the back, so it can be kept as a keepsake afterwards. (See the last photo, of Jane Austen as an example). The tag also has a place on the back for you to write a brief message. To create it, I adapted a Frida Kahlo self-portrait and dressed up the parrots in Santa hats and red bowties, then printed the image on heavy luster paper with archival inks. I cut it out with my scrolling saw from thinner wood than I use to make ornaments. The tag is less permanent and has unpainted sides, but it can also be hung up. If you buy any three wine tags, the price is reduced to $12.00 for the set. Simply go to one of my collection listings and buy that, then indicate at checkout which three wine tags you want. No matter how many wine tags you buy, shipping is never more than $3.20. And remember: A silver foil bag indicates that it's a gift, but a personal keepsake tag makes it special!
