A Must-Have for Aspiring Artists – Packed with Tips and Inspiration
This art book has quickly become one of my favourites. As someone who’s always looking to improve my character design and drawing techniques, it’s been incredibly helpful. The book is packed with expert tips on everything from anatomy to dynamic poses, and it’s presented in a way that’s both easy to understand and visually engaging. The illustrations are stunning, and seeing techniques from my favourite artist, ABD Illustrates, has been such an added bonus. It’s inspiring to see how their style is broken down and explained in such detail. The way they approach character design, from silhouette to expression, has given me a whole new perspective on my own work. The video tutorials are an amazing feature, providing clear, step-by-step instructions that really help bring the book’s concepts to life. They complement the written content beautifully, making it easier to grasp complex techniques.Whether you're just starting out or have been drawing for years, this book offers incredible insight that can help you take your art to the next level. It’s the perfect resource for anyone who wants to dive deeper into character design and improve their skills!

Really nice book, great for a collector of art books.
Great book from the artist, I love the designs and the way they portray their art! Plenty of art in there too- so as someone who collects art books, this is nice to use just to look over from time to time and take in the artists work. I will say, I do think the lessons are a little lacking- at least in comparison to the other books I have on the same topics, but the artist has plenty of art and information on their YouTube channel which makes up for it!

Good book for pose references; won't really teach you much if you are a beginner
Good book for pose references; won't really teach you much if you are a beginner. Its mostly pages of different character designs with progress pics. There is some useful info at the start, but that's only like 7 pages of actual advice. If you're a visual learner or just looking for some pose refs, its a good pick, but if you want something that actually explains how to draw I'd give this a miss.
