I loved it because it actually works for me and my body. I feel more healthy and since I am vegan. Due to few of allergies to food and dairy. I always take this every morning with breakfast before off to work and evening with dinner after work. Don't believe the hype. Good appetite suppressant though. Not a good value for me. Just doesn't do it for me. A caloric deficit is way better for weight loss. Its all marketing
