Q: can someone tell me the actual chest measurement of a medium and a large?

Hello. I am a 38 D in bra size and weigh about 160. The Medium fit, but very snug. I also wear a thermal underneath. A Large fits a bit more loose and comfortable. I also can wear a thermal underneath much more comfortably. When i would wear the medium i was about ten pounds thinner. Hope this helps!

Not long enough. Go with mens if you need a longer length.

Yes, I had mine embroidered recently and came out great!

I wear size 12 and ordered Large; the fit is close to the body but not tight. Hope this helps.
