How do I prepare the surface?

Start by sanding with 100-220 grit paper, especially on tile surrounds with hidden build-up.

How much Roll On Ekopel do I need?

Bathtub size kit covers 1 Bathtub OR up to 50 square feet of tile.

Should I use Roll On or Pour On?

Roll On is the easiest application, is odor free, and our most user-friendly product for bath refinishing. It is also our number 1 recommendation for any surrounds. Pour On has more of a learning curve but is equally as beautiful.

What are fisheyes and how do I prevent them?

Fisheyes are areas where material separates from the surface that can look like craters, or a disrupted & uneven texture. The only reason they occur is from surface contamination. Sanding and cleaning is the only way to prevent them.

What makes Ekopel the better choice?

Ekopel Roll On is The top-tier bathtub refinishing product with eco-friendliness, user-friendliness, and unparalleled durability. We are happy to help answer any further questions about our products, feel free to reach out and ask.
