I got this to replace a cord for a tv and it fit perfectly only for me to find out the tv was busted and didn’t need it! But it works as described it would!

My last adapter for the MAXOAK literally burned up. It was the original adapter. This one also heats up but not as badly. I think the problem may be with the backup unit itself, but I am willing to charge it just 30 minutes at a time and let the adapter cool down. I need to charge the backup just once every 4 months and I appreciate the peace of mind as I do not have a generator.
