Great for stuffing sausage on a small scale, single meal
Really like the ease of use of this gun. I use it for stuffing fresh sausage. I havenโt measured the capacity exactly but I cannot get two 1-lb ground beef or pork packages into it. I can overlook this though, because the ease of cleaning and being able to put it in the dishwasher makes up for it. Thereโs no aluminum that I can find, which seems like the go-to metal for most of these guns out there. However, there is a small piece of what appears to be mild steel in the ratchet mechanics. This oxidizes if put in the dishwasher. I dry it immediately and oil it after taking it out of the dishwasher and this takes care of it for the most part. I would like to see this part replaced with stainless, then itโd be perfect. Still, itโs the best I have found for the occasional sausage stuffing.

Jerky making kit.
Works like a charm. I especially like that it is stainless steel. I also like all the other accessories that came with the kit. Clean up was so fast and easy.

Good value for the money the two dual nozzles have a tendency not to dispense equally
I would have loved to give this product on five stars but the instructions and description states that it has a metal handle and the squeeze handle is plastic. The large capacity in the ease of using a gun is very enjoyable. The two dual ports have a tendency not to dispense equally but it's still a great gun. If the handle is too hard for you to squeeze add a little water to the mixture to make it more pliable and easier to dispense.

Works as descibed
I got this for a 10 year old who wanted to start making deer jerkey. So far so good! It was easy to use, even setup, and and clean. The build quality seems good and it's a good value.

Very good sausage stuffer
I have a large electric meat grinder and sausage stuffer for large batches but I wanted something for smaller batches. This works great, the smaller of the two round nozzles is perfect for filling 32mm casings. Using this and I can easily control flow so that I didn't burst any of the collagen casings I filled with six pounds of meat. Very little waste at the end of filling, unlike with spiral feed units. I recommend unit.
