Product collapsed and failed within 2 months of installing. Most filters will last at least a couple of seasons and multiple cleanings. These did not make it to their first cleaning.

Can't complain, esp for the price. I clean them every 6 months or so with a pressure washer and the filters are holding up fine. Will replace next spring after 2 years, at this price getting 2 years+ out of them is perfectly acceptable.I was running a 2hp single speed Pentair pump and would see ~15psi clean, 25psi dirty with ~60gpm. Just replaced pump with variable speed and running at 2000rpm am getting >30 gpm with ~10psi filter pressure. Now running pump 20hrs instead of 10 for about 1/3 the electrical cost.

I likes the price and its made in America, Just had my pool upgraded and wanted new filters for my pool pump as the old ones were showing signs of age but still good, I looked to buy the same brand but the price was more then double what I paid. Found the ones I bought on Amazon made in USA an are of excellent quality I installed them and the have been keeping my pool water crystal clear

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The filters I bought in 2016 were awesome. Tight fit excellent filtration. Easy to clean. They changed the filter mold and does NOT create a tight fit on the filter manifold which is essential for proper operation. the top manifold pops off. All the water inside the filter housing bypasses the filters. DO NOT BUY, Unless of course they fix their quality control issues that have gone way down hill. My 2016 excel filters are still a WAY better quality than my brand new 2020 filters.

These are very well made!

Loose fit, did not work or seal well in the Pentair Clean & Clear 420. Did not clean well. Had to discard after only a month and a half. Replaced with new Pleatco. Will not buy Excel again.

These after market filters aren’t cleaning like the last after market filters I purchased? A lot of particles floating on the water that my other filters would of cleaned! Not worth the money, but from another dealer.

The filters were good until I used them the first time. Two of them completely folded in on themselves. I have never seen anything like it before. It must have been a bad batch of plastic? Two are destroyed but the other two are great.
