Item is super cute. It did come with a crack in the plastic medallion, but the seller was great about doing a swift exchange. It is lightweight as well.

the string is thin but holds up well. had it for almost 2 years before it finally got caught on something while my phone was in my pocket and snapped. if i had been paying attention it would have lasted longer. so it definitely serves its purpose and its nice when i dont have pockets that i can just throw my phone on my wrist and still have my hands free for something else. really cute design. beads do tend to wear off and get dull over time but its plastic so you get what you pay for.

I get so many compliments on this keychain. I lvoe Kuromi and I can say after a couple months of use I have seen minimal scratches that aren't noticible unless you are staring at the product for a while. The kuromi character has not fallen off of the chain after all this time as well. The only reason I marked this down a star is because there are scratches on the phone chain as well as the metal part where the Kuromi character attaches has started to change from a silver--> copper color due to the material. I recommend this product regardless for all Sanrio fans!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Got this phone charm for my daughter to match the color of her phone case. Prior to this she had a kuromi charm and it was durable. It lasted about 2 years and still in tact. Only thing that fell off after a month was the plastic kuromi character that was attached.its a given though cause she’s a kid. But other than that it was fine. It prevented her from dropping her phone a bunch of times that I’ve seen because she had it around her arm and wrist. Color: Pinkish. Size: Wish they made kid size loops.
