These were pretty good as far as gels go. I've tried every gel out there and usually after a training cycle I don't want to look at or even think about that flavor or texture again in my life. These however, I would definitely consider rotating in again. Taste was like a sweet raspberry popsicle (but not overly sweet imo), texture was a pretty liquid consistency (easily the most liquid gel I've used). I think the downside on these were I didn't feel like I got a nice energy boost the way I've experienced with some others, and it took me 3 or 4 gulps to down the whole thing (the most of any gel I've ever tried).

I love this product so much I even got my brother in law buying too. Gives me the extra electrolytes that I need on long cycling rides.

I use it when cycling, and it’s been great for me. Going on 5 years now since started drinking it (tropical flavor, no longer available), I put 2 scoops in my 500ml bottle for rides over 50 miles , or just 1 scoop if my ride would be a shorter distance. Dissolves very quickly when shaken well even in cold water. No complaints

It takes about double the serving to get the flavor. I've always used the tablets so thought I'd try this and will go back to the tablets.

This flavor seems to be best for me year round. Good cold and room temperature and not horribly bad when it’s warm. A 24oz bottle of this has about 225 cal at nominal strength and that seems to sit ok on my stomach with other bars an gels to gel me to 300 cal per hour or so
