No side effects great value for your money easy to chew very soft. I’ve noticed a change in the energy that I have the texture is great small cubes.

Hard and chewy. But 100 times better than the pottery chalky pills.
The taste is just OK. I would not say they have good flavor. They are pretty hard and chewy. But I would still take them over the chalky pottery, regular tablets or capsules any day.

Helpful but too sweet
I think it’s a great product except I wonder why do manufacturers have to put sugar in everything? It doesn’t have to be sweet. It doesn’t have to taste sweet. Don’t put a sugar substitute. Just please stop making everything so damn sweet. Other than that I think it’s a great product.
