Q: Why don’t you allow for plaque wording at time of order? Has put me off ordering

We tried that, but the way it was presented in the product details page made it look like you couldn't order and sales dropped off. Also, the crude personalisation option did not reflect the job we do with badges, logos, and images

Q: I have just ordered football display case and want to personalize the plague on it

Just send us a message via the Amazon message system. Once you have ordered you should be able to see a button. You can have text, logos, and images that fit within a 10 x 2.5cm space for football and boxing glove cases, or 5 x 2cm space on golf ball cases. You can just tell us what is going in the case and we can work it all out for you. We have to get things shipped within strict timescales with Amazon so you may have a notification that it’s been shipped, however we are holding it back pending plaque information.

Once you've ordered, the Amazon system allows you to send us a message that links it to the order, so you just send us a message with what you would like on the plaque. You can have any text, images, logos etc. The only constraint is it has to fit in a 10 x 2.5cm space. You can send us the raw info and we will do all the font and layout work.
