I could give it 10 stars if I could! I am happily amazed that this has gotten my IBS completely under control. And I’ve had IBS a VERY long time. My gut is 1000% better after taking this! I will continue to take it!! No more pain, no more running to the bathroom. All from this little supplement. I have felt so much better and I can’t say enough positive things about it. It has helped me a lot and hopefully it will help you too.

This product is the only thing getting me through the waiting for surgery. The downside of PEA is that it doesn’t work immediately like other pain remedies. It took me about 1 to 1 1/2 for it to give relief. But it has given me my life back and I no longer need to wear a knee brace or use a cane. I used to have to live on nsaids for relief and now I don’t need them. It’s not 100% relief but I can walk! I did research on various sites before using…I recommend doing so!

I was taking another PEA product, when I ran out. Then, I found this product. It is substantially better than the product I was using. The fact that it is micronized really helps it get absorbed and assimilated much better and it’s helping with pain and inflammation much more as well.I am so thankful I found it, I hope it helps you too.JJ

I can't say whether how much this supplement is working for me, though I am going to continue taking it for another month. I am unaware of any negative side effects.

While I have taken some of this PEA myself I purchased this to treat my dachshund for allergies. My 1 year, 9 month old dog started coming down with hives and bald spots due to seasonal allergies caused by exposure to grass. Literally within moments of exposure to grass hives would start appearing on his face, neck, and head. After taking him to the vet and finding out that the drugs dispensed only stop him from scratching and didn’t address the root issue I looked for a solution online in Research Gate for statistical studies on dogs. There is a body of statistical research on the use of PEA in pets with allergies and that same research shows it is well tolerated in both dogs and cats.Just 48 hours after receiving his injection for scratching I bathed my dog and let him out. He wasn’t out maybe 10 minutes and came in with hives. This let me know that the vet’s injection was keeping him from clawing at his ears and face but the familiar hives did appear around his eyes. I began treatment with PEA (1/2 capsule contents) on his food twice daily and within three days post administration he stopped getting hives. I am continuing this treatment. It’s now been three weeks and we are at the height of weed pollen season and still no hives.If the efficacy continues I will remove him from any further anti-itch meds and treat only with PEA.

I got this for general inflammation as I train quite hard, so my perspective is not one from an illness or injury. Others may have different experiences. I have not noticed much benefit for my particular situation. I will continue to take it until it is gone, I've already bought it.I do want to bring up the quality control on the capsules. Some of them are weirdly made or missing half the piece, causing a small, solid cylinder of supplement to fall out. I initially thought it was a piece of plastic but scratching it revealed that it was indeed the capsule contents. It seems they've packed the powder quite tightly into a solid and then inserted it into a capsule that is just a little bit too long, with some manufacturing defect evident.I don't know if I will purchase this compound again, if I do I'm likely to select another brand based on the QC issues outlined above.

2nd bottle now. I take it with Dual Action Advil: makes my 72-yr-old aging body feel a little younger. But it is hard to tell if PEA is helping, vs a placebo effect. If the company can't fix its UNUSUAL capsule manufacturing issue. See photo of intact capsules, and many missing capsules (not even loose in the bottle); just solidified, loose product pieces. Finding THIS many more in my 2nd bottle makes me wonder about the ingredients quality/honesty. Pretty IFFY. I'm stopping it.In both bottles, I actually thought the plastic-looking cylinders (shown) were non-standard moisture preventers, (which I thought should have been hot pink or other warning color, even labeled "Do Not Eat!"), until I found a few pill-size pieces, too. AI clarified my photo that they ARE the product, missing the 2-part capsule. I see I am not the only one finding these loose pieces. Obviously, the company is aware. Are their inspectors aware? It's an easy fix, if they're willing.

I needed something to help bridge my taper off gabapentin for a peripheral nerve issue (meralgia peresthestica) and my husband had a reconstruction of his foot two years ago with nerve damage that has not improved. This find is absolutely wonderful for both. The flares I felt have gone away and I'm so happy to get rid of perscription medication, especially gabapentin and my husband can feel his foot for the first time post op.
