Aunt May's Bajan Pepper Sauce 340g (Pack of 5)

I tried this sauce for the first time recently at a Turtle Bay restaurant and was so impressed with it, I asked the waiter if I could buy a bottle. His answer was a "no,", but a quick online search happily showed Amazon being able to supply it.Yes it's pricey, and you have to buy five bottles, but if you like your pepper sauces, then this Aunt May's Bajan is The Holy Grail of them all. Its taste is initially tangy/fruity, almost piccalilli-like, and this is followed by the most deliciously potent pepper hit. Fantastic with chicken, ribs, rice, noodles, and as a salad dip.Awesome and very unique !

This is my favourite hot sauce. I prefer Bajan to Jamaican hot sauce anyway but Aunt May's is the best of the hot. It has f!avour from the mustard as well as heat from the chilli. Definitely recommended by me and also ordered by friends and family who've tried this one. Even makes boiled egg and soldiers taste better!

Great on cold meat, fish and pasta dishes. Mix some into humus and stick some fresh bread in - you'll never look back. May as well get the 5 pack as you will end up giving it away as presents.
