This inversion table came very well packaged. All items were protected and neatly placed in the box. The parts, and even necessary tools, were vacuum sealed on a large piece of cardboard that was well labelled. The assembly instructions were clear and specific. They even cautioned to read completely before assembling, which was very helpful. Assembling the unit was straightforward. When complete, it was very sturdy and the operation was very smooth with my 200 lb frame. Overall I am very impressed by what I received, especially for what I paid for it.

This inversion table is amazing. I've never used one before. I thought it was normal for your back to hurt after a days work. This table adjusts all the way to 6'6", so it fits my 6'3" frame very well. It's not crazy heavy, a grown man should have no issue moving this at all. It folds up for storage. It doesn't shake or wobble while you're on it, it feels very stable. The installation was the least fun part. But it went together just how the instructions said and has been awesome. I would have paid double for it because of how much of a life changer is. If you've got the space and you do hard work, this is for you. Trust me.

Works fine, fairly easy to assemble, seems sturdy. Only caveat is to add a couple inches to your height when setting it up, otherwise it doesn't balance well.

We just received this in the mail a few days ago. This item was packed very well and all the pieces were very meticulously packed and labeled. We used assistance from YOUTUBE videos there is one video that was an installation guide and we found another review of a guy showing piece by piece how he assembled it. The guy that posted the video was most helpful. It was not extremely difficult, but you do have to go step by step. After assembling it, we found it to be a very durable well built product. I used it and my son with the back issues thought immediately he noticed an extreme relief from back pain. It has only been a few days but he is looking forward to using it for long term use. I would definitely recommend the purchase for the price you can't beat this well built piece of equipment.

I’ve been using this inversion table for about 10–12 days now, and I honestly can’t believe how much better my body feels. This table does wonders for the back. It's not difficult to assemble but may take an hour or more if done alone. It is good quality and sturdy. This is a very nice inversion table. Be sure to read the 'how to' instructions before just jumping on and giving it a try. You'd be surprised how this stretches out the muscles in your body. I highly recommend this item.
