How much wine would this 100g be enough to clear? Is it enough for 20 litres?

Hi Yes this would be plenty to clear 20 litres of wine as you should only need approx. 30g to clear this amount of wine so you will have planty left over for use another time. The instructions for us are to vigourously mix 1 rounded teaspoon (approx. 7g) of bentonite per gallon of wine in 1/2 a cup of the wine and then to allow the mixture to stand for 30 mins. Then stir the mixture again, add it to wine vessel and then either swirl the vessel or stir if with a long spoon, whisk or similar depending on the size and weight of the vessel. At what stage in the fermentation do you add this product? Is it in the finished wine, after fermentation has ended?

Yes after fermentation to clear the wine then rack (syphon) the clear wine off the sediment.

HI The usage instructions for this product are detailed both in the product description and the key points for this product listing but in case you cannot view these on your display device I have detailed them for you again here. Mix 1 rounded teaspoon per gallon of wine vigourously in 1/2 cup of the wine which you wish to clear. Allow the mixture to stand for 30 minutes the stir again and add to vessel of wine which needs to be cleared. Stir or swirl the mixture in to the wine and leave to clear.
