First of all, this is very sexy. Secondly, having been to Japan, the XS-M indicated is definitely Japanese sizing. For reference, I’m 5’2” and 105lbs and I can’t imagine this fitting anyone much larger. I’d say if you wear maximum a US S on the smaller side of that size range, go for it! Even at my size, my C-cup boobs stick out from beneath instead of up top like in the model’s photos. I personally find their bottom half popping out underneath adds to the sexiness though.The skirt is also incredibly small. It’s closed by Velcro and it’s 30” long total with the last three inches of each side having the Velcro. So if you care about the skirt part (I had already planned on not using the skirt and it’s still very sexy without it), I’d measure around the part of your waist where you’d want to wear it to be sure it’ll close (if you measure at 30” or more, it won’t Velcro shut).

I got this for my wife who actually has a figure and the body section fit fine, but if your partner doesn't have pretty thin arms, this thing will hurt. It squeezed her poor arms as there is no elastic in the arms for some reason. Also, the skirt will not fit around a girl with decent sized hips, but I kind of figured that going in. Ah well...
