I really like this product. It works wonderfully - you do have to take some of the same steps when water bath canning- must be sure the rim and lid are clean before attempting to vacuum seal. Also, make sure the part which fits over the lid is completely down on the lid. If you do this it seals it seals every time,.

Awesome little tool. Easy to use

It works great but the charger plug in is not very good. Had to find another way to charge it.

I like the size and how easy it is to use this. The lid is a little tricky to get off and I’ve had to reseal a few jars but it works great.

I ordered this item got an email saying it was delivered ...... 3 days later I contacted the supplier told them I didn't receive item they sent another no questions asked it is a good product.

Easy to use. Wish it would stop on it's own once jar was sealed, but it's not a huge problem since it does what it needs to do, seal. I only had an issue with a couple of the regular size, mason jars. I did not have any issues using the wide mouth mason jars. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I use a few times and it worked fine and then all of a sudden it stopped working. I just can't figure out what's wrong with it. The suction part won't even turn on. I've charged it and it just won't work.
