This worked with my iPhone Promax 13 and I am sure it will work with the 15 as well when it comes out.

what is the ture thickness ? 3mm or 1.5 inch (per package size)

It is just over 3mm. The package has the cord wrapped up in the back which is why it is 1.5"

Power (Watts) = V * I 15W/5V = 3Amps or 3000mA This will however depend on the charger you plug it into, and the method the charger uses, plus how your phone interprets charging. It's also more likely for a charger to use 9V and 1.6667A to hit that 15W. Overall no mAh. This is a wireless charging pad that plugs into a charging wall wort or a battery bank.
