Worked well with a manual-clamping car phone holder
I wanted to give a friend a wireless charging car phone mount for his Samsung S9+ but was afraid that none of the automatic clamping dashboard phone mounts were going to be trouble-free. I decided to try combining this Ultra Slim Universal Fast Wireless Charger with an iOttie Easy One Touch 5 Phone Holder. I found the location of the phone's wireless coil, trimmed the sides of the wireless charger a little bit, and rubber-cemented wireless charger onto the iOtties' activation pad. It worked fine!I don't understand why there aren't any products that combine a manual-clamping mechanism with wireless charging.

Not a reliable option
I really don't like this charger it fits where I need it to but it turns on then off then one then off not sure why I wish I could return it I have other wireless chargers that I plug into the same port on my truck that do not do this but are round and don't fit where I need it but I use the other ls anyway since they actually work

USB C broke easily
The media could not be loaded. The USB C will break easily.I leaned my back pack on the charger where UsB c is plugged. It bend and the connection part bent, broke the conracts.I wished they make it with the mlre sturdy USB A plug.I need it to mame my phone mount wireless charging... will get another and use an a. Extention adaptor or hot melt to the charger.

Works well!
This charging pad fits where I wanted it to fit. It operates well with the stock Samsung 5V 1.55A 7.75W wall charger I use. I'll see if I want to get a more powerful charger, but at just .25W over 50% of it's rating I note no heating issues at all and it charges the phone as expected. My phone is naked. I do not use a case that might interfere with induction. It is exactly the same footprint as my Galaxy S22 Ultra! The pad is effectively hidden under the phone when in use.The cable that comes out of the pad terminates with a USB C male connector, so it was necessary to obtain a USB C female to USB A male adaptor to use it with my old 2015 Ford and my antique wall chargers that came with my classic Samsung phones.I would buy this again and recommend it to others. This is a neat charging pad!

USB C makes this difficult to power
- Does this charge my phone? Yes.- Would I buy it again? No.The charging pad has a cable that plugs into a power source - sure, that's how this works. But the connector is USB C. Where am I supposed to plug that in? Maybe because I'm in the Android world, but I don't own a single wall bump that has a USB C connector. I have a couple of battery packs with a USB C connector. So I plug this into my battery and then place the phone on top of it to charge. That drains my battery, so I have to then plug the battery into the wall to replenish the battery. It's just poorly designed. My work colleague said that I could plug it in to my laptop. Sure. Again, the laptop would need to be plugged into the wall because I'm siphoning power off its battery to power this thing to then charge my phone. It just seems weird that I need to buy a separate wall bump that only this device needs. All my other wall bumps use a full USB connection. The devices they power use a cable that goes from full USB to USB C.

Thin and cool wireless charging
This is by far my favorite charging gadget.Nothing fancy. Plug it in and it charges at what I think is a faster rate than my other wireless chargers. That and its thin profile make me smile when I use it with my phone/chat monitor tucked in beside my laptop.NOTE: This is NOT MAGSAFE so no magnetics but this is not a drawback for my use case as it keeps everything thin and cool(!) all the time.

Wireless charging in my car
The charger is extremely thin, so thin I installed it underneath a piece of fabric of the centre console in a 52y old Merc. Undetectable AND it charges!

Actually DRAINS phone battery.
Was excited to try this out and add wireless charging to my truck, but was let down within a day. First day, I plugged the USBC connection straight into my trucks designated charging port, and was surprised to find I arrived at work with less battery than I started with. I figured I had the phone positioning wrong so I laid it down flat when I went home that day just to be sure the phone didn't slide around on the pad. Again I got to my destination with less battery than I started with. I tried several different adapters in the vehicles 12v ports and also on a typical wall outlet. Same thing. Says fast charging, but loses battery. I was starting to worry it was my phone, so I tried a couple other wireless chargers we have laying around. No problems there. I don't know if I got a defective one or if they're just junk. Regardless, it doesn't work as advertised.Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.
