I GIVE MINES FIVE STARS.Arrived in damaged box. Dent in back grill. Came with German mains plug, I replaced. But cable is only 2 wires only no EARTH. Paint peeling of Fryer after 6 uses, found when washing. My old grill took 20 minutes to cook, this take 40 minutes to cook the same thing. Coffee Maker very good. That's all I can say about the Breakfast Cooker. I do not Recommend
