I had an issue and the seller resolved it immediately and satisfactorily. The black one worked better than the brown. Smooth rolling and smooth wood. Smaller than I thought, which is a good thing because you want this to fit in your hand unobtrusively. The product is a four but the customer service brings it to a five. If all companies only realized that the biggest secret to their success is good customer service. This company has that.

Very satisfying fidget. You can roll it like a thumb trackball, or spin the rim around the center like a wheel. The finish is so nice you won't feel embarrassed having it at work. Love that you get 2 because one was polished better so the movement was smoother than the other - deducting one star for the one that keeps getting stuck. That said, when my cat stole the one I liked better (right off my desk!) I reordered!

An adult fidget device that is quiet, subtle, and helps my young adult son with autism make it through a church service or counseling session. The pieces are very smooth and he finds them calming. Fits in my purse.

I really like these! The black one was smooth right out of the box, but the lighter one jammed a bit at first. I reccomend putting the thinnest layer if olive oil on your hands and working it for a while, just playing with it and moving it around in your hands. It adds shine but more importantly makes the wood smoother. After a while the movement is smooth as butter. I've had it for about three days now and working it has really made a difference. The oils in your hands will do it eventually too but the olive oil just makes it faster. (Good for your hands too) Now I can't put it down! I'll probably buy more when I inevitablylose them (adhd haha)

The black one works as advertised. The lighter brown colored one gets stuck. Luckily i only need one and i like the black one. Silent as advertised

My older kiddos love to fidget with things so I was looking for something that they could play with that would look nice out in the living room. These fit the bill, I have had several people ask where I got them from as they pick them up and play.

I think this is supposed to rotate? ? In order to rotate the ball you have to push on it. If you apply any pressure it sticks. No rotation. ???? How does this work??? Pretty. Sophisticated. A good idea. Went back.

They feel nice and I love that they're made of wood. I wish I could find more varieties of these.
