Heard also that about these on the internet so thought I would give them ago ,I did notice after a few weeks that the morning grogginess went 😂🫡 and felt more awake after waking , I’m not actually sure what seamoss is meant to do overall but did have a affect on energy levels and have heard it’s full of essential vitamins ,

I bought these a long time ago and have regularly taken them, however I have not noticed any differences as a result of taking this supplement. They are however easy to consume.

Sea moss and bladderwrack go really well together as both provide a range of proteins, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals, notably iodine which is essential for thyroid health. I regularly use NuU products for their quality, affordability and the fact that they are British! I am pleased that this new one has now been added to their range.

In the past I have had sea kelp that has shown considerable improvement in my well being . These have done zilch ,zero , nothing!!

I take a handful of supplements every day - mostly because I'm less inclined to eat veggies than I should be and always hope to pick up minerals and stuff that I'm missing from my diet. Recently, because of being a chubby muncher, I've been on a weight loss drive and, before taking the sea moss, always found that my teeny weeny lunch would leave me crazy hungry by later afternoon, leading to getting stoopid munchies. But this sea moss seems to put the brakes on that. Don't ask me how it works, but it's like I just don't even think about being a greedy gobble guts as much and weight loss has been easier. As with all of these things, attribution is tricky, but I like to think the sea moss is contributing.

I've been taking this for a few weeks now and wasn't sure if I could tell any difference at first. On reflection I have been sleeping a lot better at night and do feel good all round. The tablets are very small and seem to digest well without repeating. Highly recommended supplement for anyone looking to add sea Kelp to their diet.Another great product from Nu U Nutrition.
