I had a breast augmentation. It’s kind of hard to know what size you’ll need so don’t buy prior to your surgery. The one I got is a zipper. Trust me get the one that buttons up. The zipper is a bit more difficult due to post op swelling and soreness. I don’t know if mine is comfortable because I couldn’t get it on. It was too tight maybe after some of the swelling it might fit, but as of right now it does not fit. I only went with 350cc. It’s soft and appears comfortable. Just can’t fit the one I have. So wait till after sx to purchase.Update: was able to finally get it in its comfortable I really wish I got the button up one instead the zipper is difficult.

I am a large in EVERYTHING!! I am 5'7", 190, 36/38 C. Bought this as post surgical bra after double mastectomy. When I tell you I couldn't close it to save my life I am not kidding! Order a size up for best fit! I have to return large for XL.

Used after a lumpectomy, gave the support I needed. I am a 34C and got a Medium and it fit well, I did have to adjust the straps to the tightest fit but it worked nicely.

Bought to wear post surgery needed something for comfort and compression, that is durable since I will basically live in it, with a few exceptions. The only drawback was the edge on the right side turned up repeatedly and rubbed my stitchline, wished there was a way to make the side band adjustable like the shoulder straps .Returning
