Is this non-comedogenic? Is it okay to be used on oily skin?

I have acne-prone combination skin which reacts to pretty much anything. I rarely even use creams on my chin for fear of breakouts. BUT my skin is also really dry. This stuff works. Doesn't cause breakouts. Moisturizes well. It's so hard for me to find creams that don't break me out that I'm using this for day and night. That being said, it might be a little too much moisture if your skin is really oily, but at least it's non-comedogenic.

Does this stuff get rid of the bags under your eyes?

Not sure about this product as I ordered the lifting night cream

There is no expiration date on Andalou products. Just a production lot number id. On this product you can find that lot number on the bottom of the jar.
